Starr Forum: The Colombian Civil War and US Policy

A public forum addressing the Colombian civil war and U.S. policy toward Colombia (Plan Colombia). The first in a new series of events sponsored by the MIT Center for International Studies and aimed at focusing attention on under-covered foreign policy issues.

Speakers will be US experts on Colombia:

Cynthia Arnson (Deputy Director, Latin America Program, Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars)
