Victoria Henley

Victoria Henley is a PhD student in the MIT Department of Political Science and affiliated with the Center’s Security Studies Program. She specializes in international relations and methods, with interests in deterrence and bureaucratic politics. She received a BS with Honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Victoria is a U.S. Army officer, and prior to MIT, she planned and executed military exercises throughout Europe.
