The Global Seed Funds program addresses global challenges by facilitating opportunities for collaboration between MIT faculty and pioneering researchers worldwide.
CIS Faculty Projects
CIS invites proposals from MIT faculty and research scientists with PI status interested in developing new research projects and/or research communities around a critical international issue.
Working Groups
Graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and CIS faculty collaborating across disciplines to investigate topics in international studies can apply for working group grants to help fund various activities, including research development workshops and bringing visiting speakers to campus.
