Radmila Segol

Dr. Radmila Segol is a vice rector for admission and online education at State University Kyiv Aviation Institute. She holds a PhD in social communications (2011) and has over 20 years of experience in higher education, EdTech, and media. Her research focuses on online education, blended learning, audiovisual translation, localization, and the application of artificial intelligence in education and advertising. She serves as head of the translation department at Prometheus, Ukraine's leading MOOC platform, where she has coordinated the development of over 60 massive open online courses. Dr. Segol also works as an editor and journalist for The Washington Post's Ukrainian Bureau. Her recent publications explore MOOC implementation in higher education, media literacy, and soft skills development in IT education, with works indexed in Web of Science.
