Quoc Pham

Quoc Pham is from Springfield, Massachusetts, and graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, with a degree in History. He began his career in higher education as an Administrative Associate at Springfield College Library Services. Quoc then gained experience working with scientists as a Science Administrative Assistant at the Health Effects Institute before finding his way to CIS.
