He worked on a drone intended to deliver medical supplies to remote hospitals in rural Nepal. 150th anniversary of Japan grad from MIT Eichiro Honma graduated from MIT in 1874 From samurai to engineers: Eiichiro Honma was born the son of Genzui Honma, a samurai of the Fukuoka domain, and went to MIT for civil engineering research by order of the domain. Juan's story Artificial Intelligence and Decision Making '27 Juan did a summer internship at CICATA, the Research Center for Applied Science and Advance Technology of the National Polytechnic Institute in Querétaro. He worked on a project to improve the Instituto Mexicano de Oftalmología's capacity to assess patient eligibility for corneal refractive surgery.
