Deadlines & Announcements

The CIS Summer Research Grant is open to doctoral students in international studies. Dissertation research or writing must have an international component. Awards will not exceed $4000. Main criteria for determining which proposals will be funded are: (1) the importance of the research question and the quality of the research proposal, and (2) the strength of the letter of support. For more information please view here. The CIS Summer Research Grant process includes the Jeanne Guillemin Prize, earmarked for woman-identifying PhD candidates studying international affairs.
